We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Information Security Analyst to help safeguard our systems, data, and network infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone passionate about cybersecurity, compliance, and incident response in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze security alerts across systems, networks, and applications.
  • Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and assist in remediation.
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents and breaches.
  • Maintain and update security policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure security best practices.
  • Support compliance with relevant standards and frameworks (ISO, NIST, etc.).
  • Assist in security awareness training and reporting metrics.

  • 0–3 years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, or IT roles (internships or entry-level experience accepted).
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat detection, and risk management.
  • Familiarity with security monitoring tools (SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, firewalls).
  • Knowledge of networking, operating systems (Windows, Linux) and cloud security fundamentals.
  • Understanding of compliance standards and frameworks is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate security issues clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
