We’re looking for a detail-oriented and technically minded Marketing Automation Specialist to design, implement, and optimize automated marketing workflows that improve customer engagement and conversion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining marketing strategy, technology, and data in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage automated marketing campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Configure and optimize workflows across email, CRM, and digital channels.
  • Segment audiences and personalize campaigns based on data insights.
  • Integrate marketing automation platforms with CRM and other systems.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize funnels and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing and continuous improvements.
  • Maintain documentation for workflows, processes, and best practices.

  • 0–3 years of experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, or CRM-related roles (internships or project experience accepted).
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar).
  • Understanding of CRM systems and lead lifecycle management.
  • Basic knowledge of email marketing, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email templates is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
