Freelance Graphic Designer

Role: Graphic Designer (midweight)

Duration: Minimum of 6 weeks

Start Date: ASAP (flexible for the right candidate)

Location: Remote 3 days per week

About the Role:

We are seeking a midweight Graphic Designer for a minimum of six weeks, for a highly regarded business in the aged care sector.

This role is primarily focused on print-related design work, involving the creation of documents from existing files and guidelines, managing changes, and handling internal client feedback. You will be working on a variety of materials, including booklets, application guides, pull-up banners, magazine and newspaper adverts, bus (transport) advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce print materials following existing files and guidelines.
• Manage changes and incorporate internal client feedback.
• Record work hours in a timesheeting system.
• Collaborate with other designers to manage workflow.

Additional Skills (Highly Regarded but Not Essential):

• Video capabilities, including cutting for broadcast internal channels (Premier Pro).

Required Expertise:

• Midweight level Graphic Design expertise
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with Premier Pro (preferred but not essential)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Teams (training provided)
• Experience with internal timesheeting systems (training provided)

Work Schedule:

• Days: 3 days a week
• Remote: Fully remote option available
• Flexible start time before 10 am
• Standard 7.5-hour workday (flexible hours available)
