AI Implementation Specialist

This role offers the opportunity to design, implement, and manage enterprise-scale AI and automation solutions that transform business operations. You will work remotely within cross-functional teams, collaborating with finance, security, and technology stakeholders to develop AI agents, RPA workflows, and integration frameworks. The position emphasizes building scalable, secure, and high-performance automation systems, ensuring compliance with governance standards, and driving measurable business impact. You will also mentor junior developers and contribute to reusable frameworks and best practices. This role provides hands-on experience with advanced platforms like AWS, UiPath, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio, enabling innovation across enterprise automation initiatives.

Accountabilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain AI agents and automation workflows across enterprise systems.
• Design seamless integrations with critical SaaS and enterprise platforms using API frameworks and MCP protocols.
• Build reliable data pipelines and orchestration frameworks using AWS services (Lambda, Glue, API Gateway, Athena).
• Lead technical design reviews, establish architecture standards, and enforce data security protocols.
• Implement human-in-the-loop and exception-handling systems that comply with audit and SOX requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices for scalable, high-performance AI solutions.
• Track adoption metrics, monitor performance analytics, and optimize automation impact.
• Contribute to a central automation library with reusable connectors, frameworks, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Security, Privacy, and CorpTech teams to ensure compliance with enterprise governance standards.
  
  

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing and implementing AI, RPA, or automation solutions at enterprise scale.
• Deep technical expertise with at least three platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio/Power Automate, UiPath, AWS services (Lambda, Glue, API Gateway, Athena, S3), or Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Strong proficiency in OAuth 2.1, REST APIs, and secure data integration patterns.
• Experience integrating enterprise SaaS systems like Workday and Adaptive Planning.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to independently drive technical outcomes across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Preferred: Experience leading AI or automation portfolios, familiarity with AI governance and compliance, and analytics platforms like Power BI or QuickSight.
