This role offers the opportunity to shape and lead the development of next-generation bot detection, device intelligence, and behavioral biometrics products. You will define the product roadmap, design innovative fraud prevention tools, and work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data analytics. The position requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize features, deliver end-to-end projects, and ensure robust and scalable fraud prevention solutions. You will leverage both data-driven insights and domain expertise to combat fraud across multiple channels, directly impacting the security and trust of global financial and retail customers. This is a highly autonomous role within a remote-first environment, providing the chance to influence strategy and execution while working alongside world-class professionals.
Accountabilities
- Define, prioritize, and steer the product roadmap for bot detection, device intelligence, and behavioral biometrics solutions.
- Design and enhance fraud detection methods and monitor product performance to maintain a robust prevention system.
- Collaborate with product designers, data analysts, and engineers to create detailed product specifications and review technical feasibility.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, from scoping and planning to execution, documentation, and final product launch.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Continuously assess and refine products based on data insights, user feedback, and emerging fraud trends.
- 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years focused on risk or fraud-related products.
- Experience in bot detection, device intelligence, or related fraud prevention domains.
- Strong technical expertise to operate as a Technical Product Manager.
- Deep understanding of fraud typologies such as account takeover (ATO), card fraud, and banking fraud.
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to balance data-driven insights with intuition.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Passion for solving customer problems and delivering high-impact solutions.
