ABOUT THE CHIEF GROWTH OFFICER POSITION
Law Firm Mentor provides business coaching to help law firm owners stop the chaos and get to a level of efficiency that will give them a dramatically more successful firm, as well as a life with more free time. We do this through our multi-tiered coaching and online membership programs, as well as retreats and events.
We are seeking a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to join our dynamic, growing team and lead the company’s growth strategy. The CGO is responsible for driving revenue growth by building a predictable, high-quality pipeline for the sales team. This role owns end-to-end growth strategy, including demand generation, lead conversion, and funnel performance across channels, ensuring marketing efforts translate into a qualified pipeline and measurable revenue outcomes.
The CGO will redesign and optimize core growth programs as performance-driven growth engines; define and own marketing and sales performance frameworks across digital marketing channels; and systemize growth processes so every initiative is evaluated against clearly defined KPIs. This role partners closely with the CEO, Director of Sales, and Marketing Manager to set growth strategy, priorities, and performance targets.
This is an amazing opportunity to join a tight-knit, family-oriented, non-hierarchical team where you’ll feel like “we’re all in it together.” Due to the nature of employment, we ask that only US applicants apply in the ET and CT zones. Travel is required up to 5x/year (for retreats + industry-related events).

- You have proven experience driving growth in online coaching or an education business model and have expertise in B2C digital marketing, with a focus on sales funnels and conversion optimization.
- You are autonomous and action-oriented, able to strategize and execute independently without much guidance or daily touchpoints.
- You proactively identify opportunities to optimize sales, future-cast offerings, and drive long-term growth initiatives.
- You focus on results, executing quickly to attract new customers without overthinking or over-strategizing.
- You have strong emotional intelligence and navigate complex situations with professionalism.
