We’re partnering with a data & AI–driven organization to support large-scale enterprise data transformation initiatives across their portfolio.

Role Details

• Contract: 5 months initial (subject to extension)
• Setup: Fully remote
• Timezone: UAE working hours (GMT+4)
• Start Date: ASAP

Role Overview

As a Data Architect, you will design and deliver enterprise-grade data architectures that support advanced analytics, AI, and scalable data platforms. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, solution architects, and engineering teams to shape the future data landscape across complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess current-state data architectures and define target (TO-BE) data platforms
• Design scalable, secure, and governed enterprise data architectures
• Build and guide medallion (multi-hop) data pipeline architectures
• Define data standards, governance frameworks, and conceptual data models
• Recommend best-fit technologies across cloud and data platforms
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align data strategy with enterprise goals
• Mentor junior architects and engineers

Required Experience

• 8+ years of experience as a Data Architect, ideally within Data & AI transformation programs
• Strong background in data architecture, data management, and governance
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric)
• Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Kafka, Hadoop)
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM, etc.)
• Advanced SQL and data modeling expertise
• Python / Java / Scala experience is highly preferred
