We are hiring a VP-level leader with deep technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, as well as strong business acumen. This role is for someone who stays close to customers, understands real business needs and pain points, and translates them into clear product direction and consistent delivery. You will own roadmap priorities, drive feature upgrades that matter, and help the team ship faster and smarter with practical, production-grade AI.
Key Responsibilities
Dynamics 365 Product and Customer Leadership
- Own the product direction for Dynamics 365 aligned capabilities, with a strong focus on D365 Finance and Supply Chain business processes and enterprise realities.
- Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to uncover pain points, validate priorities, and turn insights into clear requirements and measurable outcomes.
- Translate complex ERP and operational needs into scalable product features, user flows, and technical plans.
Product and Platform Leadership
- Own the technical roadmap and architecture for Nexus365.
- Guide system design decisions, build-versus-buy choices, and cloud cost optimisation.
- Ensure secure, reliable, high-performing services for every customer tenant.
AI Execution (AI-native delivery)
- Identify and deliver practical AI use cases that improve customer outcomes, such as detection, recommendations, copilots, automation, and intelligent alerts.
- Design, evaluate, and deploy AI capabilities, including fine-tuned large language models and supporting pipelines when needed.
- Build and operate MLOps and LLMOps workflows for versioning, evaluation, monitoring, and controlled iteration.
Platform Engineering and Tooling
- Establish an internal developer platform with self-service continuous integration, continuous delivery, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.
- Introduce AI-driven productivity tools for code generation, test creation, and incident triage.
- Measure and improve lead time, deployment frequency, and change fail rate.
Engineering Delivery and Quality
- Promote test-driven development, trunk-based flow, and data-informed decision-making.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration among engineering, QA, DevOps, and product management.
- Set clear, transparent metrics that align team goals with business outcomes.
Security, Compliance, and Governance
- Lead SOC 2, ISO 27001, and relevant privacy programs.
- Embed privacy by design and model governance practices into every pipeline.
- Implement defences for prompt injection, data leakage, and adversarial attacks.
Innovation and Emerging Tech
- Run proof of concept sprints on agent frameworks, retrieval and vector search, and automation patterns that create customer value.
- Translate emerging technology into roadmap-ready capabilities and new revenue opportunities.
Leadership and Stakeholder Collaboration
- Grow and mentor high-performing distributed teams.
- Present complex technical and product topics to executive, investor, and client audiences.
- Foster a culture of ownership, urgency, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
Required Experience
- 12 or more years in software engineering or product and engineering leadership, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
- Strong technical depth in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain, including understanding of configuration, integrations, and enterprise operations.
- Proven ability to convert customer pain points into product decisions, roadmap priorities, and shipped outcomes.
- Experience building and operating secure, multi-tenant SaaS on Azure or comparable cloud.
- Demonstrated delivery of AI-enabled capabilities in production, with a focus on reliability, governance, and measurable impact.
- Practical success in building platform engineering capabilities, DevOps maturity, and engineering excellence.
- Led or passed enterprise security audits, privacy reviews, and compliance programs.
Preferred Experience
- Microsoft ecosystem leadership, such as Microsoft MVP, or meaningful community or partner engagement.
- Experience building D365-related products, accelerators, governance platforms, or enterprise tooling.
- Track record of creating co-innovation partnerships with customers, vendors, or research communities.
