We are seeking an experienced Program / Project Manager with a strong track record of driving projects forward, coordinating teams, and ensuring delivery across multiple workstreams.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to turn ideas into structured plans, keep teams aligned, manage timelines, and ensure that projects move from concept to completion efficiently.
You will work closely with leadership, designers, developers, marketers, and tutors to manage programs related to client projects, internal systems, training programs, and business initiatives.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple projects and programs across the business
- Translate high-level business goals into clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, development, marketing, training) to ensure alignment and execution
- Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve blockers
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to expected quality standards
- Facilitate regular check-ins, status updates, and clear communication across teams
- Maintain documentation for project requirements, decisions, timelines, and outcomes
- Support the setup and improvement of internal workflows, tools, and processes
- Ensure accountability by monitoring task ownership and follow-through
- Provide leadership with clear visibility into project status, risks, and priorities
- Minimum of 5 years experience in program or project management (tech, digital, or service-based environments preferred)
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects
- Strong understanding of project management frameworks, tools, and best practices
- Ability to break complex initiatives into clear, manageable execution plans
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to keep projects moving forward
