Your Opportunity: As we scale rapidly across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, we're building the core team that will define our success.

As our Talent Manager, you ensure that Moovv attracts, hires, and onboards A-players who fuel our next phase of growth, building a high-performance team while protecting and strengthening our beautiful company culture.

You are the architect of our people growth: owning recruitment, onboarding, and core people processes to make sure every new hire is set up for success from day one.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for all Moovv roles, with the goal of hiring top-tier talent within 3 months per position.
  • Proactively source and attract A-players via LinkedIn, direct outreach, our career page (Greenhouse), and new recruitment channels.
  • Design and own a best-in-class onboarding experience that gets new hires productive, engaged, and connected quickly.
  • Build and manage our core people tools and systems (including Greenhouse and HR tooling).
  • Own Moovv’s LinkedIn talent branding strategy to position us as a top employer in D2C e-commerce.
  • Develop and run Moovv’s talent evaluation and hiring framework to ensure consistent, high-quality hiring decisions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and C-level to define hiring priorities, profiles, and timelines.
  • Act as a culture guardian by embedding Moovv’s values into hiring, onboarding, and daily people practices.


Your profile:

  • Senior people or talent specialist with 5+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Experience hiring for fast-growing D2C e-commerce or digital-first companies.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • People-oriented, structured, and highly communicative.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable building people processes from scratch.
  • Passionate about culture, growth, and building high-performing teams.
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a Plus!)
