Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Executive to manage all aspects of talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding for our growing agency. This is a fully remote role, and the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting in fast-paced, creative environments, especially within media agencies or digital marketing firms. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and supporting our team’s growth and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for all roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Agency-Specific Sourcing: Leverage job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks to identify and attract candidates with media, creative, or digital marketing backgrounds.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Oversee the onboarding of new hires, including orientation, documentation, and integration into our remote work culture. Manage offboarding processes with care and compliance.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with department heads to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Employer Branding: Support initiatives to strengthen our employer brand and attract top talent in the media and digital marketing space..
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine recruitment SOPs, leverage HR tools and technology, and stay updated on industry trends to optimize hiring efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1-2 years in HR/Recruitment, Candidates who must have worked in media agencies, creative agencies, or digital marketing firms.
- Remote Work Expertise: Proven ability to manage recruitment and HR processes in a remote environment, including virtual interviews and onboarding.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with HR software, and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and time management abilities to handle multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced agency setting.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the media, content creation, and digital marketing landscape is a significant advantage.
