RWS Small World Studio, is a full-service, creative content production agency that works with brands and agencies to amplify and extend integrated campaigns across any market, any channel and any media. We work as part of the world’s leading provider of technology-enabled language, content management and IP services.

We require accomplished designers with agency-level work, who will report into the central London UK creative team. Able to work from design exploration through to design execution and artwork, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced creative team. This role will be servicing one key client project and requires designers that can work at speed with their craft whilst maintaining creativity and quality within key Adobe Creative Cloud suite applications.

Producing a range of content by following a written creative brief, then working through a step‑by‑step prompt guide (‘turns’) that captures and saves each layered design stage as part of the workflow, leading through to the final design output.

Scope & Objectives Overview

We are partnering with a major global brand to produce 750 original illustrations/graphic designs, commissioned specifically for machine learning training.

Each asset is created using a creative brief structured as a simulated “user–AI” dialogue, consisting of 1–10 prompts or ‘turns’. (A turn represents a call‑and‑response exchange: a written prompt followed by a visual output.)

Deliverables for each asset include:

  • All working/layered files for every turn’s visual output
  • A flattened PNG/JPG of each turn
  • A final PNG/JPG of the completed design

Example content briefs and types include:

- Infographic

- Diagrams

- Slide design

- Magazine cover layout

- Poster design

- Brochure page layout

- Digital art

- Print ads

- Illustration

- Graphic novel covers

- Cards

Candidates will need a good breadth of experience across design execution and a broad range of skillsets that cover the above list of outputs and media.

Candidates will need a broad range and mix of styles and approach which could cover anything from designing and building photoshop comp designs, illustrating book covers and poster designs, through to fast turnaround digital outputs across infographics, diagrams and slide/page design.

Based on the nature of this project a quick understanding of the brief and prescribed descriptive prompts across each ‘turn’ is vital to designing fast. In equal measure craft and quality of work is a must.

AI cannot be used to create any of the designs. Templates may be utilised and adapted.
