Job Description


I’m helping Hirenture find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Marketing Manager.


You'll own revenue growth, building predictable marketing systems that directly impact business success.


Compensation:

USD 200K/year

+ Bonuses (up to 10% of base compensation)

Responsibilities and more:

Role overview

We are hiring a marketing manager whose primary responsibility is direct revenue generation. This is not a branding-only role. You will own growth, lead generation, conversion strategy, and revenue outcomes. You will work closely with the founder and sales team to build predictable marketing systems that convert into paying customers.


Key responsibilities


* Design and execute revenue-driven marketing strategies.

* Generate qualified leads through paid ads, organic channels, partnerships, and funnels.

* Own the full funnel from traffic to leads, conversions, and revenue.

* Manage performance marketing across platforms such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.

* Improve CAC, ROI, conversion rates, and monthly revenue metrics.

* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and closing efficiency.

* Create and optimize landing pages, campaigns, and email workflows.

* Track weekly metrics including leads, CPL, MQLs, SQLs, and revenue impact.

* Build repeatable marketing systems rather than one-time campaigns.


Required skills


* Proven experience generating measurable business revenue through marketing.

* Strong understanding of funnels, growth marketing, and analytics.

* Hands-on experience with paid ads, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.

* Data-driven decision-making based on performance metrics.

* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
