Due to sustained growth, we're seeking an exceptional Social Media Manager who combines creative excellence with strategic thinking and impeccable client service.
The Role
Initially part-time, sub-contract fully remote position (15-25 hours per week, flexible schedule TBC) working directly with our long-standing clients.
You'll manage multiple client accounts independently, creating sophisticated social media designs, liaising directly with clients and delivering campaigns that position our clients as industry leaders.
Essential Requirements
You must have:
· Advanced Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
· Proven B2B social media design experience specifically across LinkedIn and Instagram
· Account management experience managing multiple clients simultaneously
· Direct client liaison experience including presentations and reporting
· Social media scheduling expertise
· Paid social campaign experience (LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads)
· ABM campaign knowledge including audience targeting and ROI optimisation
· Data analysis skills for performance reporting and strategic recommendations
Your Portfolio must demonstrate:
- Skilful B2B social media designs (not B2C or generic work)
- Range across multiple industries and platforms
- Strategic thinking, not just pretty graphics
Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative
- Create on-brand social media graphics across all platforms
- Design paid social ads optimised for B2B audiences
- Develop infographics, carousels and visual content
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts, working to strict brand guidelines
Account Management
- Serve as client contact for assigned accounts
- Virtually attend regular client meetings and presentations
- Prepare monthly performance reports with strategic insights
- Manage client expectations and build trusted relationships
Campaign Management
- Schedule content across platforms, optimising for time zones and audiences
- Set up and manage paid social campaigns
- Conduct audience research, data harvesting, targeting and re-targeting
- Monitor performance and implement optimisations
