Position Responsibilities
We are seeking a Lead QA Performance Tester to support a new platform initiatives, working closely with the Product Manager and reporting directly to the Program Manager. This role is responsible for infrastructure-related performance efforts, supporting a fast-paced two-week release cycle.
The Tester will own end-to-end performance testing across both front-end and back-end systems, analyze test results, and perform bottleneck analysis and diagnostics to ensure platform stability, scalability, and reliability.
Position Requirements
Must-have (Required) skills, years of experience, and required tools/technologies:
- 10 years of experience
- Tooling and scripting experience
- Sound understanding of architecture and testing
- API, Cloud, environment sizing
- Leadership and communication skills
