About the Role
We are hiring a Talent Partner to support client delivery across technical, GTM, and operations hiring. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning work end-to-end, partnering closely with founders, and contributing to both client outcomes and the evolution of Eleve Talent’s internal systems.
This is not a transactional recruiting role. As a Talent Partner, you will act as a true partner to clients, helping them define what great looks like, navigate trade-offs, and make confident hiring decisions in fast-changing environments.
What You Will Own
Client Partnership and Delivery
- Partner directly with founders and executive leaders to understand business goals, hiring priorities, and near-term constraints.
- Translate client needs into clear hiring strategies, role definitions, and execution plans.
- Serve as the primary Talent Partner for assigned clients, owning delivery quality and timelines.
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Own end-to-end recruiting across technical, GTM, and operational roles, from intake through offer.
- Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter Pro and other modern sourcing approaches.
- Screen candidates with a focus on capability, startup readiness, and long-term fit.
- Manage candidate communication to ensure a thoughtful, high-quality experience throughout the process.
Process, Systems, and Continuous Improvement
- Use AI and automation intentionally to increase efficiency and reduce manual work, without sacrificing quality or candidate experience.
- Contribute to the design and refinement of hiring processes, scorecards, and talent infrastructure for both clients and Eleve Talent.
- Share insights, patterns, and feedback that help improve how we operate as a team.
Ownership and Collaboration
- Manage multiple searches and clients simultaneously with strong prioritization and clear communication.
- Take ownership of outcomes, proactively flag risks, and suggest solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the Eleve team to ensure coverage, alignment, and shared learning.
What You Bring
- Experience operating inside an early-stage or scaling startup, with a firsthand understanding of ambiguity, trade-offs, and pace.
- 5+ years of experience in a professional, client-facing role, ideally within startups or high-growth environments.
- A strong sense of ownership and comfort working autonomously while staying aligned with team goals.
- Clear, thoughtful communication skills and the ability to build trust with founders, candidates, and teammates.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.
- Experience hiring within a startup environment for technical, GTM, or operations roles
- Strong technical aptitude and a curiosity for new tools and AI technologies
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter Pro, ATS systems, and recruiting tools is helpful, but we value adaptability and curiosity over specific tool experience.

Location and Compensation
- Location: Fully remote, based in either Missouri or South Carolina
- Base salary: $40,000-$50,000, depending on experience
- Performance-based Production tied to client delivery
- Target total compensation: $70,000-$100,000 or more, based on production
