About The Role

As a Retirement Consultant you will focus on our Global Retirement Plans. You will work with payroll, HR, finance, and outside vendors to ensure compliant plans that meet the needs of the company and employees. You will focus on data integrity, compliance, and reporting. You will work on complex retirement plan matters with limited oversight. You will report to the Senior Manager, Global Retirement and work remote. This is a 100% remote role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide analytics of plan data and report on plan effectiveness and utilization.
  • Perform audits and reconcile data to maintain data integrity.
  • Assist Retirement Analyst on plan administration activities (US and Canada)
  • Perform complex calculations and modeling as required

Obtain, consolidate data to provide analysis to support actuarial work, bargaining, M&A activity.

  • Support employee and business partner inquiries
  • Work with plan recordkeepers, actuaries, and finance partners to report plan data and financial implications.

Manage other special retirement projects, (pension lump sum windows, pension risk transfers, M&A activity, 401(k) plan termination, RFPs and vendor onboarding

  • Oversee relationship with Canadian Partners and ensure accuracy of systems and processes.
  • Work with technical partners (ex. HRIS, Reporting, Payroll) to model and implement changes for compliance or process improvement.
  • Implement US Compliance activities (ex. Filings, financial statement preparation/review, corrections compilation)
  • Lead process improvement projects and proactively influence and present to varying levels of leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or other related analytical degree preferred.
  • 5+ years working with retirement plans with proven experience in data analytics. Experience with Canadian and/or Global retirement plans preferred
  • CEBS or ASPPA designation preferred
  • Experience with retirement plan compliance activities and leading project work such as integrations and vendor implementations
  • Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, and other vendor systems

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $76,400 to $95,500 per year.
