Product Manager Client : Mobile Games (Melbourne, Hybrid)
We are representing a global, award-winning mobile games company, one of the largest independent players in the industry, with a team of 2,500+ professionals across multiple international studios.
Their portfolio includes some of the top-performing mobile games worldwide, engaging over 25 million daily active users.
They are currently expanding their Melbourne studio and are seeking a Product Manager to support several high-impact, new mobile game initiatives.
This role will focus on building new mobile games from early concept through launch, working closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Art, UA, Monetization, and Data.
The Product Manager will have ownership over specific games and major features, driving product vision, execution, and performance through a strong mix of creativity, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and launching features for new casual mobile games
- Own 3–6 month product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and delivery milestones
- Use player data, market trends, and live insights to inform product decisions
- Contribute to game vision, market positioning, and monetizable feature design
- Drive large-scale feature development from concept and wireframes to launch and post-release analysis
- Collaborate closely with senior product leadership based in Melbourne
- Support and inspire distributed, international teams contributing to game development
- Help scale products and processes from growth to live, stable operations
- Strong experience in mobile game product management
- Deep understanding of game economies and live-ops
- Proven ability to make data-informed product decisions
- Experience owning complex features on live or scaled games
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Experience improving product and delivery processes
- Experience interviewing or mentoring product managers is a plus
- Hybrid working (3 days per week in the Melbourne office)
