We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Automation Specialist to design, implement, and optimize automated marketing campaigns that drive engagement, lead conversion, and customer retention. • Design, build, and manage automated marketing workflows and customer journeys.
• Implement and optimize email, lead nurturing, and lifecycle campaigns.

• 2+ years of experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, or CRM-related roles.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar).
• Strong understanding of email marketing, lead management, and customer lifecycle strategies.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with experience using marketing data and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Knowledge of privacy and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
