Job Description


Innodata Israel, located in Jerusalem, seeks an HR Coordinator with a primary focus on recruitment and a secondary focus on supporting general HR initiatives in our growing Israel facility. We are looking for a candidate experienced in recruitment, available to work full-time from afternoon hours (around 11–12) into the evening. This is a fully remote position that requires periodic presence at the Jerusalem office.


Key Responsibilities

•Screen, review, and organise incoming CVs, ensuring accurate filing and timely progression through the recruitment pipeline.

•Manage the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing and initial screening, through interviews and coordination, to receiving, preparing, and filing all signed employment documents.

•Maintain ongoing communication with hiring managers, providing updates, aligning on requirements, and ensuring recruitment targets and timelines are consistently met.

•Support a smooth and positive candidate experience, including scheduling interviews, answering queries, and facilitating seamless onboarding processes.

•Track and update recruitment data in internal systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective reporting.

• Assist with general HR administrative tasks, including document management, reporting, coordination of internal communications, and supporting HR projects as needed.


Requirements:

•Minimum 2 years HR related/admin experience

•Fluent in English and Hebrew

•Experience with crowd staffing

•Proficient in Microsoft Office

•Proficient with AI tools – an advantage

•Bachelor’s Degree – preferred
