Senior Full-Stack Developer - Telecoms Solutions

Are you a seasoned full-stack developer with leadership experience and a passion for building high-performing teams? Alchemy are partnering with a global telecoms solutions provider offering Content, Software, VoIP, and VAS services to find a Senior Full-Stack Developer to take on a strategic, hands-on leadership role.

This is a unique opportunity for Chinese nationals or fluent Chinese speakers, with full relocation support to Iraq, and the chance to build and lead a Dubai-based development team while acting as the subject matter expert for full-stack development across the business.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, real-time telecoms applications.
• Build and manage a high-performing development team from the ground up.
• Set technical direction, define code standards, and enforce best practices across engineering teams.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to shape the technical roadmap of a fast-growing organisation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in full-stack development, ideally in telecoms, VoIP, or VAS environments.
• Strong leadership experience, including team building and management.
• Expertise in front-end (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end (Node.js, Python, etc.) technologies.
• Solid understanding of system architecture for scalable, real-time applications.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Chinese nationality or fluency in Chinese (essential).
• Willingness to relocate to Iraq (full relocation support provided).
