We work extensively with leading CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, Kentico, Webflow, Contentful, and WordPress.
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise websites. You will be responsible for validating functionality, design accuracy, responsiveness, accessibility, SEO, and performance across devices and browsers. You will work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure high standards are met before every release.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and design documents.
- Create, maintain, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and re-testing cycles.
- Validate UI implementations against Figma or design files and report discrepancies.
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing using tools like BrowserStack.
- Perform responsive testing across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Execute accessibility testing using tools such as WAVE or AccessiBe.
- Validate SEO best practices and page performance using tools like Google PageSpeed Insights and GTMetrix.
- Log, track, and manage defects with clear reproduction steps using tools like JIRA and BugHerd.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to clarify requirements and ensure timely issue resolution.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or software testing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience testing web applications and websites.
- Hands-on experience with UI, functional, regression, and responsive testing.
- Exposure to mobile application testing.
- Familiarity with bug-tracking and collaboration tools such as JIRA and BugHerd.
- Basic understanding of accessibility standards and SEO best practices.
Good to Have
- Experience with automation testing tools.
- Experience with performance and accessibility testing.
- Familiarity with CMS-based websites (WordPress, Drupal, etc.).
