Job Description
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all company policies and training, as
well as being a resource for all employees.
This position’s primary responsibility is to ensure the company’s compliance with all labor regulations,
provide administration for all benefit programs, HR systems, and be a liaison for all departments and
employees.
Responsibilities for this role include:
• Create, maintain, and enforce all company policies including Employee Handbook
• Manage HR systems, including payroll data, user management, and Learning Management
systems (LMS)
• Collaborate with department heads to assess and strategize hiring needs with the overall
Company business goals
• Manage HR system module, including payroll data, benefits and all other requested information
for reporting needs.
• Manage full life cycle of talent acquisition including; opening requisition(s)/job posting(s), phone
screening, scheduling interviewing, creating and extending job offers, pre-employment
screening, onboarding, etc.
• Oversee entire employee life cycle, including employment changes, employee relations, and
offboarding
• Conduct post-onboarding and exit interviews, including employee surveys, determining action
items and presenting results
• Oversee all benefits administration, processing employee onboarding, life events, annual open
enrollment, and COBRA enrollment.
• Manage all fringe benefits such as PTO, gym reimbursement, cell phone reimbursement, and
401k
• Organize All Staff meetings and events, in coordination with Executive Admins and Department
leaders
• Ensure compliance with various state and federal regulations, updating/creating policies as
needed
• Perform regular and ad hoc analysis on market trends, benchmarking of compensation and
performance for all positions, employee satisfaction, and more
• Active collaboration with key project stakeholders on HR related projects and programs
involving functional teams of subject matter experts.
Qualifications
• 3+ year’s experience in a HR generalist role
• Advanced Excel, Outlook, and Zoom experience
• Strong computer skills with experience working with ADP payroll/hr systems, including workflow
management and dashboard visualization
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Superior organization skills
Location: 100% Remote (Based in US)
Shift: 7:00am - 4:00pm PST (Flexible - Can work 6a-3p or 8a-5p PST)
Salary Range: $90K - $110K (Depending on Experience)
