Job Description
About the Company
My client is a global payroll solutions consultancy and outsourced back-office provider supporting organizations across multiple regions. They specialize in helping businesses streamline operations, reduce administrative friction, and scale more efficiently through tailored back-office, compliance, and financial support services. The team operates with high energy, strong ownership, and a commitment to rapid execution.
Role Overview
My client is seeking a driven Marketing Operations Specialist who can strengthen lead generation efforts and improve the effectiveness of the commercial team. Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll take charge of organizing marketing processes, coordinating execution, and keeping campaigns moving smoothly. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple workstreams, and can translate ideas into consistent, high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll balance hands-on execution with structured coordination. Roughly a quarter of your time will be spent driving project management across marketing initiatives - organizing timelines, tracking progress, aligning contributors, and ensuring campaigns move from planning to delivery without blockages. Around half of the role centers on executing day-to-day marketing activities, including coordinating content, supporting channel outreach, managing vendor deliverables, and ensuring assets are produced and deployed on schedule. The remaining portion involves maintaining and optimizing CRM activity, overseeing marketing and sales funnel workflows, keeping data organized and accurate, and helping ensure the commercial team has clear visibility into pipeline activity and engagement trends.
Key requirements
Successful candidates typically bring 2 - 4 years of experience working within a small to medium-sized enterprise where they’ve been responsible for creating structure, building processes, and bringing order to fast-moving environments. You should be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative without needing detailed direction, all while balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders with confidence. Clear and effective communication - both in writing and when coordinating with vendors or internal teams - is essential.
Remuneration
- Full-time, fully remote role with online team meetings and in person meetings for company events and meet-ups.
- Ideally you will be based East Coast or Central USA.
- Compensation: $75,000–$85,000, depending on experience
- Strong benefits and high reward for strong performance.
If the role is of interest and you meet the requirements, please apply today for a confidential discussion.
