Digital Marketing Optimizations Specialist – German | Lisbon (Hybrid)
Are you a German-speaking Digital Marketing professional with solid Google Ads experience?
Join a hybrid team based in Lisbon and work on campaign optimization in a performance-driven environment.

Location: LACS Santos, Lisbon
Work Model: Hybrid
Start Dates: 2 February 2026 | 16 February 2026
Working Hours
- Monday – Friday
- 09:00 – 18:00
- €23,000 gross per year
- Amount: To be confirmed (TBC)
- Paid in 3 installments:
- After successful completion of training
- After 90 days in the role
- After 6 months of employment
- Pro-rata deduction applies if the 1-year contract is not completed.
- German: Fluent / native level
- English: Minimum B2 level (mandatory)
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads (mandatory)
- Experience with Ads tools, Digital Marketing, Market Research, or Data Analysis
- Strong analytical mindset and optimization skills
- EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit is mandatory
- Optimize and improve performance of digital marketing campaigns
- Work hands-on with Google Ads to drive results
- Analyze data and provide actionable optimization insights
- Support advertisers with campaign strategy and performance improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams in a hybrid work model
For candidates relocating from outside Continental Portugal:
- Bureaucratic support (NIF & NISS)

- €2,500 gross relocation bonus (paid with the first payroll cycle)
