Technical Support Engineer

Hello Professionals, We are looking for Technical Support Engineer with the following skill sets.

Role : Technical Support Engineer

Location : Mexico (REMOTE)

• Experience writing and debugging TypeScript code. Knowledge of React or Ruby is a plus.
• Experience with SQL, especially PostgreSQL. Able to query data and understand complex relationships between different business entities.
• Technical Support experience providing end-user support on complex, feature rich B2B SaaS platforms
• Experience in API troubleshooting.
• Experience with advanced troubleshooting, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Demonstrated success collaborating with other teams to resolve issues, including Engineering and Customer Success
