About The Role
We’re looking for a Head of Sales to scale our entire sales function. You’ll lead our sales efforts across markets, build a high-performing team, and turn a strong product-market fit into predictable, scalable revenue. You’ll refine our sales strategy, sharpen our playbook, and work closely with leadership to shape Pandektes’ growth journey.
This is a full time role based in our HQ in Copenhagen (relocation is possible).
What You’ll Do
- Own and scale Pandektes’ sales team & strategy across all markets
- Lead, coach, and develop a distributed sales team across Copenhagen, Germany and other markets
- Stay close to the sales floor through deal involvement, call reviews, and pipeline deep dives
- Build a high-performance sales culture through clear KPIs, structured pipeline management, and coaching
- Drive revenue growth, forecasting, and target ownership
- Continuously refine our sales engine, playbook, processes, pricing, and tooling as we scale
- Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing to strengthen positioning and conversion
- Proven experience leading B2B / Enterprise SaaS sales
- Strong hands-on sales background with proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, with experience using modern sales tools and analytics
- Experience managing and scaling remote, international sales teams
- We work in English, proficiency in other languages is a plus
