To support our growth and development, we are looking for a Social Media Marketing Professional with strong Social media marketing, with strong track record of growing brands in an entrepreneurial setup.
Job Title: Social Media Specialist
Job Location: Toronto (Queen St E)
Job Type: Full- Time
The Person will be responsible for promoting our products including Promoting our products including Software Product (B2C in Edutech space) and a DEI Training Product / Service that is being launched in Q1 2026 in a phased roll-out. Along with overall lead of the Marketing functions, you will be doing some administrative work requiring on Office presence that varies. The Lead will need to be self-managed and will work closely with UI /UX Lead, Application development team as well as Talent management Lead.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Curation: Developing and scheduling engaging content (text, images, videos) for different platforms, ensuring it aligns with the brand's voice and goals in collaboration with the Design Lead.
Platform Management: Managing and optimizing company pages, monitoring activity, and responding to comments and messages.
Community Building: Fostering a positive and engaging community around the brand by interacting with followers and encouraging participation.
Campaign Development & Execution: Planning, executing, and tracking the performance of social media campaigns, collaborating with other teams as needed.
Performance Analysis: Monitoring social media metrics, analyzing campaign performance, and using data to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- A Marketing degree is preferred. A Successful track record of designing and running Digital campaigns over Social Media and LinkedIN.
- Proven experience with sourcing methods including Boolean search, user groups, networking and sourcing via web channels;
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills; Strong analytical approach, problem solving skills; and ability to operate in a fast paced environment.
