We’re growing and looking for a Social Media Manager who truly gets social: platform logic, Gen Z culture, creator dynamics and how to turn ideas into content that actually performs.
This is not a “just post & schedule” role.
It’s about shaping channels, developing ideas and working closely with creators and clients.
What you’ll do
- Own the day-to-day management of Instagram & TikTok (planning → publishing → optimization)
- Research trends, formats & cultural moments relevant to Gen Z
- Develop content ideas: recurring formats, series & standalone posts
- Write platform-native captions, hooks & CTAs
- Brief and coordinate creators (timings, feedback, content direction)
- Analyze performance and continuously improve structure & formats
- Own community management and monthly reporting
- Use AI tools to optimize workflows, ideas, copy, analysis & automation
What we’re looking for
- Deep understanding of TikTok & Instagram as platforms, not just as a user
- Strong sense for Gen Z culture, humor, trends & codes
- Experience working with (or very close to) creators
- Structured, fast and independent way of working
- Comfortable taking ownership in a small team
- Curious, proactive and not afraid to bring ideas to the table
- Confident explaining why content works (logic, audience insight, data)
- AI-native mindset: you actively use tools to work smarter, not harder
- Very Good English skills (written & spoken)
You don’t need 10 years of experience but you should be confident in owning channels and decisions.
