Job Description


Our client, a fast-growing retail beauty company, is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to own and elevate the brand across all digital marketing channels. This is a fully remote role for a data-driven, creative Brand Manager who understands how to build, scale, and protect a beauty brand in a competitive, digital-first environment.

The Brand Manager will lead brand strategy and execution end-to-end, working closely with internal teams and external partners to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.

Brand Manager – Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the overall brand strategy across all digital channels
  • Manage full-cycle digital marketing initiatives including paid social, paid search, influencer marketing, email, SMS, SEO, and content
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across e-commerce, social media, and digital campaigns
  • Partner with performance marketing teams to align brand storytelling with conversion and growth goals
  • Lead influencer and creator partnerships to expand reach and brand credibility
  • Analyze campaign performance, customer insights, and market trends to optimize brand impact
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, e-commerce, product, and leadership teams
  • Support product launches, promotions, and brand activations across digital platforms

Brand Manager – Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Brand Manager or Senior Brand Marketing professional
  • Strong background in digital marketing for consumer, retail, or beauty brands
  • Hands-on experience managing multiple digital channels end-to-end
  • Proven ability to balance brand building with performance and growth metrics
  • Experience working with influencers, agencies, and creative partners
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into brand strategy
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brand experience strongly preferred
