As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Remote IT Support Specialist to help maintain our IT infrastructure and provide exceptional support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote support to users across the organization, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of all IT systems.
• Manage and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments with Active Directory.
• Support and manage Microsoft 365 cloud services, including user administration, email, and collaboration tools.
• Utilize provided tools and RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) platforms to monitor and support user computers and devices.
• Monitor and respond to threats and other events using an EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) platform.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and maintain best practices in system security and management.

• Assist in Linux and open-source systems management and support as needed.
• Document technical procedures, processes, and solutions for internal reference.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing Microsoft Windows Server domains, Active Directory, and domain migrations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 cloud services administration and support.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Linux and open-source systems is a plus.
• Capacity to learn new technologies quickly and effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time position, working remotely during PST hours (9 AM - 5 PM).
