SEO Executive

A fast-growing specialist marketing agency is seeking an SEO Executive to support senior SEO leadership following rapid growth in retained client work.

This is a hands-on delivery role, ideal for someone who enjoys executing SEO at pace and seeing direct commercial impact.

The Role

• Deliver SEO across multiple retained client campaigns (approx. 15).

• Support senior-led strategy with consistent, high-quality execution.

• Focus on local SEO and high-intent search terms.

• Work within competitive, location-based markets.

• Manage workload across multiple clients and priorities.

• Contribute ideas and improvements, not just follow instructions.

Working Environment

• Fully remote (UK-based).

• High trust and autonomy; no micromanagement or time tracking.

• Quarterly in-person team meet-ups (expenses covered).

• Focused, specialist client base rather than multiple industries.

Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years’ SEO experience (agency background preferred but not essential).

• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and execution.

• Comfortable managing multiple clients.

• Commercially aware and outcome-focused.

• Motivated, confident, and keen to develop.

• Prior remote or hybrid working experience preferred.

Salary & Package

• £30,000–£35,000, depending on experience.

• Company-provided MacBook and peripherals.

• All work-related travel and expenses covered.
