Job Description

About Lucky8 Collective

Lucky8 Collective is a boutique influencer talent agency built on a creator-first philosophy. Our approach is rooted in listening - no creator is ever one-size-fits-all. We tailor strategy, partnerships, and guidance to each creator’s unique goals, drawing on our brand-side experience to provide clarity, insight, and advocacy every step of the way.

We’re management that is hands-on, intentional, and focused on long-term growth. Every opportunity is designed to align with the creator’s vision, elevate their influence, and create impact that lasts.

The Role

We’re looking for a Talent Agency Assistant to serve as the Talent Manager / CEO’s right-hand in managing the day-to-day operations of a boutique influencer talent agency. In this role, you’ll support the Talent Manager / CEO with administrative tasks, campaign logistics, financial tracking, and internal operations - helping to keep everything organized, efficient, and running smoothly. You’ll assist with a variety of operational projects, maintain records of deals and communications, and support agency initiatives under the Talent Manager / CEO’s guidance. You’ll gain meaningful exposure to how a talent agency operates, including how partnerships, campaigns, and influencer deals are executed. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to learn about the inner workings of the influencer marketing and talent management space.

Responsibilities

  • Support with daily operations and administrative tasks
  • Track payments, create invoices, and manage payout statements
  • Maintain organized records of deals, campaigns, and communications
  • Support outbound brand outreach and cold pitching as directed
  • Jump in wherever the CEO needs a hand (PR forms, meetings, or other tasks)

Must-Haves

  • Extremely detail-oriented - can track multiple moving parts and spot issues without reminders
  • Exceptional organizational and administrative skills
  • Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive
  • Willingness to learn Notion or similar project management tools
  • Comfortable using Canva for basic design tasks
  • Trustworthy and discreet - handling sensitive financial and operational information
  • Reliable, responsive, and able to manage time independently
  • Confident and professional in brand calls or internal team meetings
  • Enjoys tackling new challenges, stay composed when things get busy, and thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment

Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous experience as an assistant, admin, or coordinator
  • Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, talent management, or PR
  • Familiarity with or willing to learn project management tools or workflow systems
  • Comfortable contributing ideas or suggesting process improvements
  • Experience managing or posting to social media accounts

Hours & Location

  • Part-time / ~2 hours per day, Monday–Friday
  • Expected start date between February 9 - February 20, 2026
  • Schedule coordinated directly with the Talent Manager / CEO, with preferred availability of 10:00 AM–12:00 PM EST on Mondays and 1:00–3:00 PM EST for the remainder of the week (flexibility available upon discussion)
  • Consistent weekly hours with occasional extra hours if needed
  • Must be based in Ontario, Canada (Toronto / GTA preferred but not required)
  • Fully remote
  • Initial 3-month contract with potential to extend in length and hours based on performance and agency needs

Compensation

$25/hour (CAD)

Paid hourly for all hours worked

Not sure you meet every qualification? Don’t worry - if the role excites you, we’d still love to hear from you! At Lucky8 Collective, we value curiosity, initiative, and a passion for learning just as much as experience.
