We are currently hiring on behalf of one of our clients, a Saudi Arabia–based company, seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join its growing team. This is a full-time remote opportunity, open to candidates across the MENA region.
About the Role
As a Social Media Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and expanding the company’s digital presence across multiple social media platforms. You will be responsible for content creation, community engagement, performance tracking, and executing paid advertising campaigns that support brand awareness and growth. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about social media, digital trends, and data-driven marketing in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and X
- Design visually appealing posts, stories, and paid advertisements aligned with brand guidelines
- Write clear, engaging captions and social media copy tailored to each platform
- Create and edit short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, and Snapchat
- Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns using platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads
- Track performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare regular performance reports
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 1–2 years of professional experience in social media management
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous social media work and campaigns
- Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign optimization
- Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
- Video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience behavior, and content performance
- Ability to work remotely, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
