Job Description


Solution Specialist (Norwegian / Finnish / Portuguese-speaking) – Cloud Solutions | Hybrid Malaga or Valencia

Location: Malaga or Valencia, Spain – Hybrid

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Type: Full-time permanent Spanish contract

Working Hours: 39h/week – Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00

Role Overview

We are hiring Solution Specialists for a technical-hybrid role focused on cloud solutions, supporting B2B clients through solution consulting, product demonstrations, and commercial development.

This role combines technical expertise (60%) with commercial responsibilities (40%), and is designed for professionals with strong experience in cloud technologies and technology-related sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as technical expert for cloud solutions
  • Deliver product demos and solution presentations
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
  • Support clients with technical solution design
  • Provide implementation guidance and pricing validation
  • Support customer adoption of cloud technologies
  • Collaborate with sales and commercial teams
  • Conduct technical sessions and knowledge-sharing activities


Candidate Profile (Mandatory)

  • Fluent Norwegian OR Finnish OR Portuguese + English
  • 3–6+ years of experience in technology-related sales, solution consulting, or business development
  • Strong knowledge of Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
  • Experience in technical-sales or presales environments
  • Solid understanding of cloud deployment and adoption models
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Commercial mindset with technical depth
  • Customer-oriented and solution-driven profile
