About the Role

Tech Spectrum is hiring a Data Analyst on behalf of one of our clients to support data-driven decision-making across business and operational teams. This fully remote role is open to candidates based in Germany who have strong analytical skills and experience working with data in a collaborative, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret structured and unstructured data
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data summaries for stakeholders
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data requirements and analysis
• Document methodologies, findings, and data processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, or BI tools)
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Teams for communication, collaboration, and project coordination
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications
