About The Opportunity

We operate in the Software & Technology industry, building B2B SaaS and enterprise software solutions for customers across the United States. This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing and product-led demand generation and will drive measurable acquisition, activation, and retention across digital channels. Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (paid search, paid social, display, retargeting) to meet acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Manage and scale Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts—build audience strategies, structure campaigns, and optimize bids and creatives for ROI.
  • Lead SEO and content optimization initiatives to improve organic visibility and funnel conversion at key landing pages.
  • Implement and maintain tracking (GA4, GTM, UTM) and build dashboards that translate performance into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Design and run A/B tests and conversion optimization experiments on landing pages and nurture flows to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and sales to align campaign messaging, attribution, and lifecycle marketing efforts.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads for performance measurement and campaign optimization.
  • Proven competency with paid social platforms, especially Meta Ads Manager.
  • Practical SEO experience and familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs or SEMrush.
  • Experience implementing tracking via Google Tag Manager and managing UTM taxonomy.
  • Data-driven approach with ability to build dashboards in Looker Studio or equivalent and run SQL-backed analyses.
  • Strong experience running A/B tests and applying conversion rate optimization techniques.

Preferred

  • Experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Previous experience working for a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company on growth-focused initiatives.
