Role Description


This is a fully remote, performance-based role, with compensation provided on a per-post basis. The Social Media Manager will support Virexen Group and its associated brands, including CampPulze and Silverline Web Services, by creating and managing engaging social media content across multiple platforms.


The role focuses on producing high-quality, on-brand content that supports marketing goals and builds brand awareness across US and UK audiences. Payment is issued per approved post, with rates agreed in advance based on content type and platform.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging social media posts aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives
  • Manage and contribute content across multiple social media platforms
  • Plan and schedule posts to maintain a consistent online presence
  • Optimize content for reach, engagement, and platform performance
  • Monitor engagement metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding
  • Support multiple brands, including CampPulze and Silverline Web Services




Compensation Structure

  • Compensation is paid per approved post
  • Rates are agreed in advance based on content type (e.g. static posts, carousels, short-form video)
  • The structure is designed to ensure fair and compliant remuneration
  • No fixed hours — work is task-based and flexible




Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Ability to create compelling, well-written, and visually engaging social media content
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience analyzing social media performance and engagement metrics
  • Familiarity with social media management, analytics, and scheduling tools
  • Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to changing trends and platforms
  • Background in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field preferred
