Job Description


We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager for a product-focused IT company that has been specializing in developing desktop applications for macOS and iOS. This company has 15 released products that make it easy for users to share and convert files, find, download, and convert music or videos, download copyright-free images, or, for example, free up RAM to improve computer performance.


As a Marketing Manager you’ll own key growth levers across the user lifecycle, with email marketing at the core, and be accountable for measurable revenue impact.

  • Get more users to activate
  • Get more users to upgrade
  • Get fewer users to churn

What you will do:

  • Own email and lifecycle marketing from onboarding to win-back
  • Build and optimize funnels from download → trial → paid
  • Increase activation, trial usage, upgrades, and retention
  • Run growth experiments across emails, landing pages, and flows
  • Analyze user behavior and identify drop-off points
  • Create dashboards, weekly reports, and clear growth insights
  • Launch tests, evaluate results, scale what works, kill what doesn’t
  • Collaborate with product and design when needed — but move fast independently


What you need to succeed in this role:

  • 2+ years of marketing experience in B2C product companies
  • Experience with product and funnel analytics (GA4, PostHog, Mixpanel, or similar)
  • English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
  • Ability to track and optimize activation, trial usage, upgrades, and churn
  • Proven email and lifecycle marketing expertise with measurable revenue impact
  • Skill in building onboarding, trial, upgrade, and win-back email flows
  • Ability to segment users based on behavior, not assumptions
  • Strong copywriting for emails that drive clear action
  • Experience running A/B tests across emails, funnels, and landing pages
  • Ability to interpret results quickly and scale winners or kill losers
  • Skill in improving landing pages and conversion without heavy dev support
  • Comfort working with numbers, dashboards, and growth metrics


Will be a plus:

  • Practical experience with Google Search and/or Meta Ads and ability to run small paid tests and interpret results
  • Understanding of CAC, ROAS, and payback periods
  • SEO knowledge
