Why this role exists
This is a foundational hire. You'll work directly with the CEO to shape how we grow, how we communicate, and how we position ourselves in the market. If you want to build something from scratch with real budget and real ownership, this is that role.
What you'll own
Agent acquisition, engagement & retention
- Create our communication strategy.
- Build and run lifecycle marketing: email sequences, push notifications, in-product messaging.
- Own the agent newsletter: translate product updates into narratives that drive usage.
- Create enablement materials for Sales and CSM.
- Identify and address drivers of churn through research and experimentation.

Homeowner acquisition & engagement
- Own the full funnel conversion.
- Run structured tests with new media formats.
- Leverage our database with A/B testing email and sms communications.
- Optimize and launch landing pages.
Strategy & insight
- Optimize paid acquisition of agents and homeowners.
- Define ICP, positioning, and messaging.
- Build reporting and attribution so we actually know what's working.
- Translate data into decisions and communicate clearly to leadership.
- Manage external partners.
What we're looking for

- 4–8 years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or product marketing.
- Hands-on experience running paid acquisition (Google Ads required, Meta strongly preferred).
- Strong analytical instincts: comfortable with funnels, cohorts, and experimentation.
- Strategic content production and direction expertise.
- Startup or scale-up experience: you're used to ambiguity and moving fast.
- Ownership mindset: you figure out what needs doing, then do it.
- Proficient in English. Spanish and/or French is also highly valued.
Bonus points
- Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or B2B2C.
- Oversaw marketing operations across multiple international markets.
