We are a small digital marketing agency based in the UK, specialising in Google Ads marketing helping small businesses advertise in the UK market.
We are seeking for a skilled Google Ads specialist to manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns for our clients across various industries, primarily focused on lead generation.
Fully remote, work from home role open for both full time and part-time hours.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign creation, build Google Ads campaigns from scratch
- Continuously optimise Google Ads campaigns for clients in diverse niches to achieve the best performance
- Account & campaign auditing and monitoring, to identify opportunities and develop wining strategies
- Continently test new strategies to improve results

Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in running Google Ads campaigns in an agency environment working with multiple clients
- Must have experience in lead generation with Google Ads
- English level: Excellent
Compensation:
Rate: Depends on experience, €1500 - €2000 EUR per month for full time role (40 hours a week), or the equivalent rate for part-time depending on number of hours
Payment Frequency: as you prefer weekly or monthly

Working Hours:
Fully remote
Monday to Friday Hours: 9am - 5pm your local time or similar
For part-time roles schedule is negotiable

- Communication: Ability to use video conferencing tools for meetings (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet)
- Workspace: Quiet, professional environment work focused, ideally a home office or co-working space
