About The Role

MyOutDesk (MOD) is hiring a Senior AI Workflow & Automation Specialist to design, implement, and scale AI-powered automation systems across our global organization and client base.

This is a Senior-Level Role that works closely with executive leadership. You will not be executing simple automations—you will be architecting systems, advising stakeholders, documenting best practices, and helping shape how AI and automation are deployed across a fast-growing international company.

This role is fully remote and ideal for experienced professionals based in Eastern Europe who have supported U.S. or Western companies and are comfortable working U.S. business hours.

What You'll Do

  • Design and maintain complex automation workflows using tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, and webhooks
  • Architect scalable systems that integrate CRMs, ATS platforms, AI tools, internal databases, and third-party services
  • Act as an internal AI & automation advisor to senior leadership
  • Document workflows, standards, and best practices for repeatable use
  • Train internal teams and stakeholders on automation and AI adoption
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve existing systems
  • Support client-facing automation initiatives where required

Must-Have Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in automation, systems engineering, or workflow architecture
  • Hands-on experience with automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, data flows, and system integrations
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Prior experience supporting U.S. or Western businesses
  • Comfortable working standard U.S. business hours
  • Ability to operate independently and advise leadership-level stakeholders

Strong Plus

  • Experience integrating AI tools (LLMs, AI agents, prompt systems)
  • Background in SaaS, consulting, or high-growth startups
  • Strong documentation and training skills
  • Experience building systems used by multiple teams or clients

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data, or related field);

Master's degree preferred

4+ years of hands-on experience in automation, workflow engineering, or systems integration

Advanced experience with automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar)

Strong API, webhook, and systems integration knowledge (REST, JSON, data flows)

Excellent spoken and written English (professional, leadership-level)

Prior experience supporting U.S. or Western businesses

Ability to work standard U.S. business hours consistently

Proven ability to operate independently and advise senior leadership

Strong documentation and process-design skills (SOPs, diagrams, standards)

Benefits

Monthly Compensation: $3,000 - $5,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications

Fully Remote Role: Work from anywhere with reliable, high-speed fiber optic internet

U.S. Business Hours: Stable, predictable schedule aligned with U.S. leadership

Long-Term Employment: Full-time, ongoing role (not project-based or freelance)

High-Impact Work: Direct collaboration with senior leadership and strategic initiatives

Professional Growth: Opportunity to shape AI and automation strategy at a global company

Global Team Environment: Work with international teams supporting U.S. clients

Paid Time Off & Local Benefits: Provided in accordance with local labor laws or contractor structure
