Work Model: Fully Remote

About the Role
As a NOC Engineer, you will be on the front line of system reliability. Your main focus will be monitoring, incident detection, and incident response, ensuring issues are identified quickly and handled with clarity, ownership, and strong communication.

What You Will Do
- Monitor applications, infrastructure, and services using observability and monitoring platforms.
- Detect, analyze, and escalate incidents according to established operational procedures.
- Actively participate in incident response, including coordination, communication, and follow up.
- Maintain clear and accurate communication during incidents with internal technical teams.
- Follow and improve runbooks, escalation paths, and incident workflows.
- Support post incident activities by providing input on root causes and operational gaps.

What We Are Looking For
- Hands on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog and New Relic.
- Solid experience in NOC operations, incident detection, escalation, and incident handling.
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and decisive during high pressure situations.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with multiple technical teams.
- Proven experience handling real production incidents and explaining the steps taken.
