Senior AI Data Solution Architect

At MPM, we are seeking a visionary AI Data Solution Architect to support one of our major international clients. This senior technical leadership role will drive cross-functional initiatives across Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Engineering, and Cloud Computing.

You will design innovative, scalable, and secure architectures that align with business objectives while enabling high-performing, cloud-based environments. This role requires deep technical expertise combined with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design and Architecture

• Design end-to-end architectures for AI, data, and cloud-based systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Develop technical roadmaps and blueprints aligned with business and technical strategies.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies that meet project requirements.

Project and Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including data engineers, cloud engineers, and AI specialists, ensuring delivery excellence.
• Oversee architectural implementation, ensuring adherence to best practices and design principles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and execution plans.

AI and Data Innovation

• Architect AI- and ML-driven solutions to solve complex business challenges.
• Define and implement data strategies including data lakes, warehouses, and pipelines, ensuring strong governance and integration.

Cloud Strategy and Implementation

• Design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud with high availability and disaster recovery.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost efficiency, performance, and scalability.
• Establish DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based deployments.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for executive stakeholders.
• Partner with product managers, business analysts, and leadership to align technical initiatives with business goals.

Governance and Best Practices

• Define and enforce architectural standards and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Stay current with emerging trends in AI, data, and cloud technologies to continuously improve solution designs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture with a focus on AI, data engineering, and cloud computing.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex, enterprise-scale projects.

Technical Expertise

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Strong proficiency with data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, and data lake architectures.
• Expertise across Azure, AWS, or GCP and cloud-native tools including Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards.

Leadership & Communication

• Exceptional ability to lead and motivate senior technical teams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, etc.).
• AI/ML certifications or equivalent advanced training.
