At Nomagic, we’re on a mission to teach robots the real world. We’re now looking for a Senior Recruiter, who will help us hire the best talent across Polish and EU markets.

Some of the tasks you may work on directly with our Founders:

• Own and manage the end-to-end interview process
• Hire according to the highest standards with high efficiency
• Source, filter candidates, collaborate with hiring managers, schedule interviews
• Be the point of contact for candidates throughout the process
• Measure and own their satisfaction level

What skills we’d like you to have:

• 5+ year of Experience as a recruiter
• Track record of working and succeeding in high talent density organizations
• Great organisational and communication skills
• Educational background in business management, analytics, human resources, etc
• Outstanding communication skills in English and Polish. German is a plus
• Highly energetic! Strive to get things done and find solutions whatever it takes

• 45-minute interview with a Recruiter
• 45-minute interview with your future manager, COO
• 30-minute interview with Engineering Leadership
• Preparation of a homework assignment
