Job Description


We are a Qatar-based professional training company working with global e-learning and certification partners. We deliver large-scale training programmes to corporate and government clients across the GCC and wider MENA region.


We are expanding our enterprise sales function to support a major global e-learning partnership focused on large organisational deployments.


The role


This is a senior enterprise sales role focused on selling large-scale digital learning solutions to corporates and government entities.


You will own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and stakeholder engagement through to negotiation and closing, working closely with senior leadership and delivery teams.


Key responsibilities


  • Sell enterprise-level e-learning and training solutions to corporate and government clients
  • Own and manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Target large organisations and public sector entities across GCC and MENA, with a strong focus on Saudi Arabia
  • Build and manage a high-value enterprise pipeline
  • Lead discovery calls, solution positioning and commercial negotiations
  • Work with internal teams to structure proposals and enterprise agreements
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and deal reporting in CRM


Requirements


  • Proven experience in enterprise B2B or B2G sales
  • Strong background selling training, certifications, e-learning or SaaS solutions
  • Demonstrated experience closing large, multi-seat or multi-year enterprise deals
  • Experience selling into GCC markets, ideally Saudi Arabia
  • Comfortable managing long sales cycles and senior decision makers
  • Fluent English required, Arabic strongly preferred
  • Fully remote role, based in Egypt, working Sunday to Thursday
