This role partners closely with the social and influencer operations lead and is responsible for ensuring campaigns, fleet, content, and agency workflows move smoothly from start to finish.

- Campaign Execution: Own day-to-day workflows across earned, owned, paid social, and influencer programs. Track timelines, ensure deliverables are met, and escalate blockers as needed.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Schedule and support meetings with brand teams, agencies, and executional leads; maintain action items and follow-ups.
- Fleet Support: Track vehicle requests, deliveries, swaps, and returns; flag issues to ops leadership.
- Documentation & Process: Maintain SOPs, playbooks, trackers, and ensure documentation reflects current workflows.
- Tools & Tracking: Use project management tools (Asana) to track campaign status, timelines, and risks; maintain operational trackers.
- Agency Support & Budget Assistance: Coordinate daily execution needs with agencies, track spend, log POs/invoices, and flag discrepancies.
- Compliance & Operational Health: Support legal, risk, and compliance requirements; maintain visibility into campaign, fleet, budget, and compliance status.
Must Haves
- 3–5 years of Operations experience
- Hands-on execution background
- Technical skills: Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.), any project management tool (Asana preferred)
- Strong project management skills
- Marketing / social experience: Understanding influencer marketing programs, social content workflows, and ability to centralize/operationalize processes
- Industry experience: Agency or corporate backgrounds ideal; tech company experience a plus
- Comfortable in ambiguity, autonomous, extremely detail-oriented
