Job Description:

Senior Reporting and Business Intelligence professional with 10+ years of experience delivering high-impact data insights and enterprise reporting solutions. Leads the design, development, and optimization of Power BI dashboards and advanced SQL-based data models, driving automation, standardization, and high-quality analytics across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models
• Lead complex SQL development for data extraction, transformation, and performance optimization
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into actionable insights

• Drive automation and standardization of reporting processes to improve efficiency and data quality
• Leverage Azure Data Factory and other BI tools to build scalable data pipelines (preferred)
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and best practices across analytics solutions
• Mentor junior analysts and establish reporting standards and reusable frameworks
  
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years in Reporting, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics roles
• Mandatory: Advanced Power BI and SQL expertise
• Strong experience with data modeling, performance tuning, and analytics best practices
• Experience with Azure Data Factory and other BI tools is a strong plus
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
