About this role:

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager who treats paid media like a product: instrument it properly, ship tests weekly, learn fast, and compound wins. This is not a “keep things stable” seat. You will be expected to crack open campaigns, rebuild what’s weak, and run a ruthless experimentation cadence across creatives, audiences, offers, landing experiences, and measurement. If you are the kind of person who can explain the why behind a drop in performance, isolate variables, and turn messy data into clear actions, you will fit here. B2C experience is mandatory. If you have also run B2B lead gen with strong measurement and pipeline thinking, that is a meaningful plus.


What you’ll be doing:


Own growth outcomes, not just platforms

  • Manage budgets, pacing, and performance across key paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snap, YouTube, Apple Search Ads depending on the business).
  • Drive clear targets tied to CAC, LTV:CAC, payback, conversion rate, retention signals, and incrementality where possible.
  • Diagnose performance issues quickly and propose decisive fixes, not “we should test more.”

Build an experimentation machine

  • Create and run a test roadmap with weekly throughput: hypotheses, test design, launch, analysis, and documented learnings.
  • Build a structured creative testing system: angles, hooks, formats, iterations, fatigue tracking, and a clean feedback loop with creative.
  • Ruthlessly prioritize what to test next based on impact, confidence, and effort.

Be elite at measurement and martech

  • Ensure correct event tracking and attribution across pixels, CAPI, GA4, MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust), server side tagging where relevant, UTMs, and offline conversions.
  • Validate data quality end to end: event firing, deduplication, funnel integrity, attribution sanity checks, and source of truth alignment.

Improve conversion surfaces

  • Partner with product, and design to improve Mobile flows, landing pages, user funnels, and conversion points.
  • Run CRO style tests that connect ad promise to page experience to conversion, with clean measurement.

Operate like an owner

  • Maintain tight campaign hygiene: naming, structure, account organization, documentation, governance.
  • Bring clarity to stakeholders: what happened, why it happened, what we are doing next, and what we expect to see.


What we’re looking for


Non negotiables:

  • Hands-on performance marketer. You have personally built, launched, and optimised campaigns end to end. Not just managed agencies or reported numbers.
  • Strong B2C experience with clear ownership of CAC and revenue outcomes.
  • Ruthless experimentation mindset. You run structured tests, isolate variables, and learn fast. You do not wait for perfect conditions.
  • Strong martech and measurement understanding. You can troubleshoot when tracking is wrong and know what “good data” looks like.
  • Creative performance intuition. You understand why creatives win or lose and can translate performance data into clear creative direction.
  • Sharp analytical thinking: you can diagnose drops, spot patterns, and explain the real drivers behind performance.


The kind of operator who thrives here

  • You open an ad account and immediately see what is broken, what is bloated, and where the leverage is.
  • You are comfortable making decisive changes, not just incremental tweaks.
  • You are obsessed with signal quality: event integrity, funnel consistency, deduplication, attribution sanity.
  • You are structured and high tempo: testing roadmap, clean documentation, consistent reporting, tight follow ups.
  • You communicate clearly with stakeholders: concise updates, strong POVs, and specific next steps.


Experience and capability

  • 4 to 7 years in performance marketing or growth, with proof of outcomes.
  • Managed meaningful monthly budgets and can talk in unit economics, not CPMs and CTRs alone.
  • Worked across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snap, YouTube, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Experience with Mobile apps, Web based businesses and funnel optimisation. You have collaborated with design, product, or web teams to improve conversion.
  • Bonus: B2B performance experience (lead gen, funnel tracking, CRM integration, pipeline thinking).
