A leading global organisation in the medical technology sector is seeking a Senior Manager, Total Rewards to join their APAC team based in Singapore, with hybrid flexibility to Johor Bahru.

What you'll do:
As Senior Manager, Total Rewards you will be entrusted with driving strategic initiatives that shape the future of compensation and benefits across APAC.
- Support the Director of Total Rewards - International and Director of HRBP - Malaysia in developing and executing a comprehensive reward strategy for the APAC region that aligns with organisational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the integration of reward strategy with flawless execution by partnering with HR Operations, Advisory teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
- Mentor the Senior Rewards Analyst, APAC, while coaching and advising HR colleagues on all aspects of Total Rewards policies and practices.
- Drive the evolution of reward policies including pay, incentives, benefits, expense allowances, and terms of employment in response to organisational growth and regulatory changes.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver annual reward events such as pay reviews, bonus cycles, and benefits renewals ensuring alignment with both reward strategy and broader business objectives.
- Optimise employee benefits by evaluating existing programmes, deploying new initiatives, automating enrolment processes using HRIS platforms like Workday, and collaborating with internal partners and external vendors.
- Cultivate strong relationships with benefit brokers/providers to maximise value for employees; support negotiations and onboarding of new vendors while resolving complex queries or disputes.
- Manage compensation activities including job architecture development for APAC, job evaluations, benchmarking exercises, salary guidance creation, and market data analysis to maintain competitive practices.
- Provide local support for expatriate management including immigration/visa administration, contract management for split salary individuals, relocation coordination, and compliance monitoring.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for reward processes by mapping new workflows, communicating policy updates across HR teams, and participating in reward-related projects or workstreams.

What you bring:
To excel as Senior Manager, Total Rewards you will bring extensive hands-on experience managing complex compensation structures across international markets.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification demonstrating foundational knowledge relevant to human resources or business administration.
- Substantial experience managing international compensation and benefits programmes within large organisations operating across multiple jurisdictions.
- Proven ability to work dependably both independently and collaboratively when solving complex reward issues or mentoring less experienced team members.
- Demonstrated skill in partnering with HR colleagues at all levels to deliver effective Reward programmes that meet organisational needs.
- Excellent English language proficiency enabling clear communication across diverse teams within the organisation.
- Advanced analytical skills combined with strong interpersonal abilities allowing translation of technical concepts into accessible guidance for stakeholders.
- Experience supporting manufacturing or operations sectors-particularly those involving large direct labour populations in 24/7 environments-ensuring tailored solutions are provided.
- 8+ years' experience in Human Resources within public company settings covering salary management, incentive compensation design, employee benefit plan administration, and policy writing (preferred).
- Competence in benchmarking methodologies (Aon-Radford/Mercer/WillisTowersWatson) along with job evaluation expertise (preferred).
- Relevant certifications in compensation/benefits/HR or experience in Medical Devices/Hi Tech sectors; additional qualifications in employee relations/employment law/payroll/HR Technology (especially Workday) are desirable.
